Michael brings nearly eight years of institutional equity research experience to our team, most recently serving as Vice President & Senior Equity Research Associate at Baird in Milwaukee, WI, where he covered the Industrial Flow & Motion Solutions sector — building and maintaining financial models for 23 companies, presenting investment theses directly to institutional investors, and leading proprietary survey research initiatives for his team.
Throughout his career at Baird, Michael developed deep knowledge in fundamental analysis, valuation methodologies, and macroeconomic trend evaluation — skills that translate directly into the kind of rigorous, data-driven approach our clients value in a trusted advisor. He also mentored incoming analysts and interns, reflecting a strong commitment to developing talent and sharing knowledge, both of which will serve our clients well.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a double major in Finance, Investment and Banking, and Economics, and studied abroad at Bayes Business School in London (formerly Cass Business School). He holds Series 7, 63, 66, 86, and 87 registrations through Lincoln Investment.
Interestingly, Michael began his career in financial services right here at M3 Investment Services in 2016, as an intern before heading off to Baird. We’re thrilled to welcome him back, now with an institutional research pedigree that will bring a new level of analytical depth to how we serve our clients.
