Michael J. Pesendorfer II has joined M3 Investments, bringing nearly eight years of institutional equity research experience to his work with clients.
Before joining M3, Michael spent his career at Baird in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he rose to Vice President & Senior Equity Research Associate covering the Industrial small, mid, and large cap stocks. There, he built financial models, met with executive teams, and developed and pitched investment theses & stocks directly to institutional investors including pension funds, hedge funds, and asset managers more broadly. Additionally, Michael led proprietary research initiatives for his team — work that sharpened his eye for fundamental analysis, valuation, and the broader economic trends that shape markets.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a double major in Finance, Investment and Banking, and Economics and studied abroad at the Bayes Business School (formerly the Cass Business School).
